Concept Statement
With the highlight of the sense of privacy and privilege, each suite room in our hotel will stand individually and has independent access. They are arranged in a spiral elevation that gradually rises in relation to the city skyline and the liveliness of multiple industries within the neighbourhood. Being the extension above the rectangular heritage building, the addition of a rectangular cover resonates with its shape, though the translucency and the use of glass provides a visual contrast that stands out from the surroundings and demonstrates the development of building technology.
